RETURN POLICY

If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 calendar days for a replacement. If you have any problems after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized with an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards. Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued (this includes shipping and handling). Exchange only. Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged, lost and/or stolen merchandise. For your protection, we recommend insurance and proof of delivery for all packages.

We do combine shipping for multiple items.
Expedited Shipping is available with UPS (3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day)
